Welcome !!!!

Martina !!!!

Well, fans, it's been a long and exciting ride. One that has brought us great happiness, and moments of sadness as well, but always with a thirst for more. Unfortunately, as you all know, Martina's career in tennis is over, and it's time for the list to close.

I apologize to the new members and to you all for not posting in the past few months, and I invite you to browse the archives below, which will remain online, and relive the glory of a far too short career, but one which brought an unmatched talent to the world of tennis. I also invite you to join the forums at http://hingis.org and keep following Martina's story.

Thanks to all of the authors and especially to Markus, which supported us all, and me particularly, all along this period, and kept the community and the list alive out of his own pocket. Finally, thanks to you all for reading and sending your comments and contributions.

To everybody, on behalf of all of the other writers as well, have a happy and healty life.
